adi Group is proud to announce the promotion of Ellie Brady to HR Director, recognising her outstanding contribution to the business since joining in 2022.

Over the past four years, Ellie has played a pivotal role in strengthening adi’s people function. Her leadership has helped transform HR into a strategic, high‑performing team, enhancing core processes, improving manager support and elevating the employee experience across the Group.

One of Ellie’s greatest strengths is her ability to balance business priorities with the needs of adi’s people. HR is one of the most complex and demanding functions in any organisation, and Ellie has become a trusted advisor to leaders while building strong relationships throughout the Group. Her commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture has been instrumental in supporting adi’s continued success.

As HR Director, Ellie will lead adi’s people strategy and help shape the future of the organisation - ensuring the Group continues to attract, develop and retain exceptional talent while supporting long‑term growth and ambition.
