Teams from across adi Automotive Services recently came together to celebrate a brilliant milestone as the division marks 15 years.

adi Automotive’s journey began in 2011, when Ritchie Webb was appointed as Managing Director by Founder Alan Lusty, setting a clear vision for growth, capability and culture. What started as a small specialist team has since evolved into a division with five disciplines, including two specialist subsidiaries - adi Lean Manufacturing & Design and adi Vehicle Charging Solutions.

Over the years, sustained investment in machinery, technology and premises has enabled teams to take on larger, more complex programmes and deliver at scale. That capability has grown alongside our people, with now more than 150 team members, all contributing to a pipeline that has now secured £270 million+ in orders.

The anniversary celebrations were a moment to recognise that progress - and to thank the people behind it. Site teams have been heading out for breakfast together, taking time to mark the milestone and connect outside of day‑to‑day operations. Meanwhile, at the main office in Tyburn, teams came together and enjoyed donuts, slushies, cake and samosas to celebrate in true style.
