We have no limits. If a client needs help or assistance, we will be on our way to help as soon as possible. And, we can and do carry out works at weekends and out of hours. We pride ourselves on working around our customers workload.

We work on all makes and models of compressors, ranging from a small 1kw Hydrovane, all the way up to 350kw compressors.

We can assist by carrying out an audit. This will help us see what you have in place regarding equipment, and what standards are required by site, as well as what you are looking to achieve. This can be followed up by a quality air test, which will inform us of what grade of air you currently have. If improvements are needed to raise the standards, we can help you become fully compliant.

We always have a fully trained team of engineers at hand ready to assist and we aim to be on site within four hours of the first call, but we always try to talk you through the problem first so that our engineers are entirely prepared when they land on site. Sometimes a phone call is all it takes to correct the problems that you are having.

Condensate from an oil flooded compressor contains oil deposits - this must be treated to remove the oil content by means of an ‘Oil Water Separator’. Once the fluid is treated, the effluent can then be disposed of down a ‘Foul’ drain only for further treating. Allowing the condensate to enter the ground or storm drains can incur a fine of £20,000.

This can be from a one-year preventative maintenance package, all the way up to a full ten-year complete care package that covers the costs of all parts, labour and breakdowns for the full term, subject to conditions.
