adi Group has been recognised as one of the UK’s Top 100 Apprenticeship Employers for 2026, celebrating its continued commitment to developing the next generation of engineering talent.

Ellie Brady and Suzanne Burton recently represented adi Group at Westminster, where they collected the award on behalf of the business.

Presented by Higherin, the prestigious Top 100 ranking recognises organisations across the UK that are leading the way in attracting, developing and supporting apprentices.

Apprenticeships have long played an important role at adi Group, providing young people with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop valuable technical skills and build long-term careers within the engineering industry.
