Marking Mental Health Awareness Week at adi Group
Colleagues across the adi Group took part in a series of activities to mark Mental Health Awareness Week, focusing on simple ways to encourage movement, creativity, connection and moments of calm throughout the working day.
At adi’s headquarters, the week began with opportunities to step away from screens and reset. A lunchtime walk led by Rupert offered colleagues the chance to get outdoors, enjoy some fresh air and connect with others. Mid‑week, Wellbeing Wednesday provided a healthy boost with fresh fruit and snacks available to help colleagues refuel and recharge.
Creative sessions were a highlight, with mindful crafting workshops supporting Cards for Bravery, a charity that creates handmade cards for children and young people in hospital. A calming lunchtime LEGO session also proved popular, giving colleagues a hands‑on way to unwind and take a break from busy schedules.
A guided meditation led by Baibhav Neupane from adi Automation offered a quiet moment of reflection, helping colleagues pause, breathe and reset during the week.
The activities concluded with Wear It Green Day, supporting the Mental Health Foundation and raising awareness of the importance of mental wellbeing.
Mental Health Awareness Week provided a meaningful opportunity for colleagues across the Group to come together, take small steps to support their wellbeing and reinforce the importance of creating a positive, open and supportive workplace culture.
