Teams from across the adi Group recently joined forces to volunteer at SIFA Fireside Kitchen, a Birmingham charity providing vital support to people experiencing homelessness.
 
Throughout the day, employees helped to serve breakfast and lunch, prepare food packs, and offer additional support wherever it was needed. The experience gave the teams the opportunity to see first-hand the important work SIFA Fireside delivers every day and the difference it makes to those who rely on the service.
 
Volunteering also offered a valuable chance for adi from different parts of the business to work together in a completely different setting, contributing their time and energy to such a worthwhile charity.
 
This activity is one of many examples of how adi Group continues to engage with and support local organisations as part of its wider CSR programme.
