The Role  

This is a senior position within our business who will be responsible for successful project delivery from pre-contract to delivery.

Specifically, you will:

Reporting to adi Electrical Operations Director, the responsibilities of the Contract Manager will include the following but not limited to:

• To develop the business for adi Electrical by securing opportunities within our existing and future customers by securing additional revenue and profit whilst ensuring we maintain a strong working relationship
• Ensure projects are delivered in line with the clients requirements to the company’s high standards.
• Able to plan ahead and prioritise workload
• Able to follow business processes whilst managing multiple time pressured tasks
• Understanding contract requirements and the ability to establish and deliver to meet the  

employers requirements

• Ensures the execution of the contracts with proper risk management control.

• Produce accurate and detailed surveys, project costs and quotations.
• Generate electrical designs & layouts.
• Produce detailed works schedules.
• Manage & deliver resources and projects plans.
• Lead bid proposals & contract negotiations.
• Plan and manage resource, negotiate and maintain relations with vendors and subcontractors.
• Prepare reports and study existing technical information clearly and precisely to attain client requirements.
• Work closely with other adi businesses

About You 

To join us as a Contracts Manager, you will need: 

• Have project/contract management skills.
• Experience of electrical installations and testing within a process plant & commercial environment.
• Experience of manufacturing, commercial and Industrial sector is essential.
• Have extensive experience within the process or manufacturing industry (ideally in the food industry).
• Flexible and prepared to travel nationally
• Have proven relationship building skills
• Have the ability to manage multiple parallel projects
• Have strong people management skills
• Full clean driving license
