Paul is adi Group’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). Paul is responsible for operational oversight of all of adi Group’s Operating Divisions and for delivering both strong business growth and excellent client satisfaction.
Paul joined adi from Wood PLC, where he was responsible for the Life Sciences, Process Industry and Clean Energy businesses in the EMEA region. Prior to that, Paul was Managing Director of PM Group, a Life Sciences specialist consultant and before that Head of Operations for BakerHicks, part of the Morgan Sindall Group. Paul has spent much of the rest of his career at Jacobs where he ran the UK Process Business as Vice President.
In a career spanning nearly 30 years, Paul has delivered world-Scale Projects across the world with blue-chip Consultancies, Engineering Design Houses and Constructors and has a reputation in leadership of high technology and regulated businesses. He has scoped, negotiated and executed complex projects and values up to £2.5 billion in sectors including Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, Nuclear Engineering, Defence, Power, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Food, Infrastructure, R&D and Biotechnology.
A Chartered Process Engineer by degree, Paul holds an MBA from Henley Management School.
