Since joining the business as managing director of adi Climate Systems, Mike is now accountable for the strategic direction and ambitious growth targets that we have set for the business. All about the numbers, Mike prides himself of setting design calculations right to ensure systems work correctly, whilst getting the average employee age down by encouraging youth into engineering.
