Some of the standard processes that can be enhanced by our Smart eSolutions;
- Overall project collaboration: MAPP solution developed to meet the overall project execution plan adding eSolutions where needed
- Document review cycle - configured to align with client QMS or electronic signature (Docusign) or for wet signature approval
- Document management - file storage for Information, reference and master documentation with user interface to access file
- Punch management - online form for punch capture, master log with ownership and notification/approval process
- Change management - online form for change generation, master log notification/approval process and form outputted as pdf
- Form based applications - permitting, site observation reporting, calibration checks
- Reporting - using Excel, Power Pivot or Power BI; real time reporting is generated to meet the client requirements
- Other - as per client specification to meet a business need (e.g. maintenance breakdown log, asset register)
