The client was looking to utilise adi’s significant experience of designing bespoke pipework systems to ensure that the state of the art plant installation was operational within a tight budget and deadline.•Adi designed an ingredient delivery system that exceeding product flow rates where other engineering services providers suggested that the client's project deliverables could not be achieved.
The Solution
The team at adi offered a full turnkey solution to our client which included total design authority and system integration that allowed a new chocolate manufacturing facility to be operational in a new country of manufacture for the client.
Our offering was inclusive of an amalgamation of both local and UK based fabrication of pipework and associated steelwork as well as local installation.
- Full fabrication of all stainless steel jacketed pipework for product transfer systems. The use of aid patented triple jacket systems was provided.
- Full fabrication of all pressure systems and services pipework under pressure directive legislations.
- adi operatives took total responsibility for the safe scope of all crane lifts as well as providing the appointed persons and relevant relocation teams to safely install all new plant and equipment.
- adi provided a team of installation engineers to provide total responsibility for the transportation of product from the UK and installation to the new plant and equipment.
- Our teams supported site commissioning as part of the responsibility.
