The Solution
adi were engaged to design, build and project manage a bulk chemical storage heating system. Inclusive of heated pads with fixed insulation and cladding (Polysol) and removable heated jackets (PTFE/silicone/PVC). Heating viscous material (glucose) and providing direct frost protection temperature-controlled to within ±2°C. System automatically distinguished between filling, heat up and distribution.
