The team is led by Darren Lewis who has over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Darren advocates that playing to people’s strengths, understanding our clients and being meticulous about the detail, are essential ingredients to business success. He is an excellent leader, senior manager, and mentor; His design experience and construction knowledge in this sector is vast and he has a very clear understanding of the standards that need to be achieved to satisfy both the operational and regulatory aspects of the pharmaceutical industry.
Mike Robinson - Director of Digitalisation
Mike Robinson adds enormous value to the team. Digital modelling is fast becoming the focal point of design, development and implementation of facilities. Mike is fully conversant with the latest digital protocols and procedures, having Mike’s knowledge and experience in-house sets adi Life Sciences apart from our competitors. His profile as an industry leader in BIM is continually growing and his thought-leadership in the area is unrivalled.
Mike Stigberg - Technical Director
Mike Stigberg is a very well-respected Engineer in the pharmaceutical sector. He is an expert at delivering the service element for complex facilities through all the design stages of projects, whilst ensuring compliance with the regulatory standards. Mike is an HVAC specialist, an accomplished problem solver and a critical thinker. Mike always works closely and collaboratively with the wider team to manage the complex interface between the core process, mechanical services and the building.
Elicia Simmons - HR & Business Support Manager
Elicia Simmons is a CIPD Level 5 HR professional. She is an avid proponent of business systems, and business analysis. She works with our technical professionals in developing and collating documentation as well as in providing tender support.
Dale Owen - Design Lead
Dale Owen is a high performing Architectural Technologist who has led some of this country’s most prominent and sophisticated design projects of late. Conversant in legislation with extensive knowledge of construction and construction delivery, Dale is adept at delivering RIBA Stage 3 and Stage 4 design for multidisciplinary projects.
Adam Walker - Design Lead
Adam Walker is a Msc. Qualified HVAC Mechanical design engineer. He has developed and fine-tuned his technical knowledge to the life sciences sector to attain a high level of professional competence. His technical design capability is coupled with a first class appreciation and working knowledge of digital technologies and he is adept at using IES.
Matt Holmes - HVAC Mech Design
Matt Holmes brings his formative experiences, working on constructions sites in Australia, to bear fruit for adi Life Sciences. From an electrical installation background, he has expanded his skillset with work in adjacent disciplines such as Mechanical and HVAC design. Upon his return to the UK, he has established himself as a formidable REVIT MEP coordinator with an extensive knowledge of BIM processes.
Alexandria Gordon - Architectural Technologist
Alexandria Gordon is a qualified Architectural technologist. She started her career as an apprentice and has worked hard to achieve her goals in becoming an adept practitioner. Combining work with day release studies she has recently completed her HNC in Architectural Studies whilst supporting the team with her REVIT architectural delivery and her growing knowledge of BIM process. Alexandria is keen to develop further her already consummate knowledge and skills in regards to Sustainability and sustainable solutions.
