Alan Lusty is CEO of the adi Group, a multi-disciplinary engineering firm with 30 years’ experience. Growing the business from a one-man band to a 30-armed service offering, Alan is one of Britain’s brightest business leaders and an influential figure in British manufacturing.
He is part of the leadership board for Business in the Community, a Princes of Wales-backed organisation that champions responsible business. As a former apprentice, Alan understands the importance of passing on skills to the next generation, a standpoint that has fuelled his efforts in providing placements for disadvantaged individuals as well as the next generation of engineers through the BITC’s Business Class programme.
Under Alan’s watchful eye, the adi Group continues to grow from strength to strength offering services and engineering solutions to large UK and Irish blue-chip manufacturers.
