Before adi Group, Tina worked as a civil engineer working in reinforced concrete, highways and precast concrete flooring. Since joining  Alan Lusty at the start of the adi journey, Tina has had a number of roles within adi and is currently the company secretary. As part of her role, Tina is a member of the main board, promotes careers within the industry and is passionate about engineering.
