Ellie has joined adi as Head of HR with first-hand experience of the challenges faced by both developing and established businesses, she has previously worked in the engineering sector, delivering strategic HR requirements across a group of companies. Over the last 10 years, Ellie has developed as an HR generalist and has become MCIPD qualified gaining knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR. Aside from her day-to-day duties, Ellie also contributes to the Groups ‘Our People’ Continuous Improvement Programmes, taking an active role in continuing to develop our engagement, recruitment, and retention strategies to nourish an environment where employees feel truly valued.
